The Wheat Straw is an environmentally friendly drinking straw made from natural wheat stems. They are 100% biodegradable, disposable, compostable and most importantly kind to our earth. Our straws are the most sustainable, low-carbon drinking straws available on the market. Wheat straw is the stalk left over after wheat grains are harvested. Traditionally, it has been treated as a waste, however, these stalks still have value! We re-use this material to produce our Straws. They are similar in look and function to the plastic straws we’ve all become so accustomed to, but without the damaging footprint on our earth. Unlike paper straws, Our Straws are made from a renewable source, and best of all, they don’t go soggy!
